For flag design:
- Artboard dimensions should match the exact size of the flag, e.g., 3x5 feet for a 3x5 flag.
- Leave 2 inches of space for 6x stitching and 1.5 inches for 4x stitching to avoid stich overlap with your image or text.
For file formats and quality:
- Preferred file formats are vector files like .eps, .ai, .svg. High-quality png, pdf, and jpeg files are also accepted and will work.
- Save designs in CMYK format for accurate color representation.
Mockup approval and production:
- We ALWAYS provide a mockup of your design for your approval before production.
- Production will only proceed once you have "APPROVED" the mockup.
- Check your email and spam folders to prevent any production delays and ensure timely delivery.
