We have found that an online editing tools actually creates more confusion. Instead we would rather offer personal design sessions with a real life human design professional:)
Once your order is placed, a member of the design team will reach out usually within 1-24 hours with your initial mock up. From there you are free to go back and forth with your designer until your design is 100% to your liking. During this session, your designer will also assess your artwork to determine if your image will garner the best possible quality print and if not, they will let you know your vector upgrade options.
