If your tracking shows as "delivered" but you don't have package, please do the following.
- Immediately call the carrier with your tracking number.
- Ask you neighbors as most likely this was mis-placed by your mail carrier.
- Send an email ONLY to info@festflags.com with your ORDER ID and your MAILING ADDRESS and we will try to help you.*
*Please note that if the package is deemed "delivered", but lost or stolen, we may have to reprint this for you. We are not responsible for packages that are deemed delivered by the carrier. This is part of the process that we cannot control. Thank you for your understanding.
